Yes. We believe it is important for all our customers to have all the information on our vehicles and services before, during and after sale, whether bought over the internet or over the phone.
The key features of our compliance to this regulation are that we will supply clear information, including details of the goods/services offered, delivery arrangements, payment details, our details as a supplier, prior information on your right to cancel before you buy and confirmation via email or letter when an order has been made. You, as a consumer, have a cooling-off period of 7 working days from your date of order when you have not visited one of our branches.
Is the vehicle mileage reading accurate?
To protect our customers we have vehicle mileages investigated by Vehicle Mileage Check Ltd (VMC). The mileage recorded on any vehicle may still be under investigation. The accuracy of its odometer reading therefore cannot be relied upon and should be disregarded until we can confirm the availability of the VMC report.
